Automatically lists live units and their active personnel. These summaries contain no times and are excluded from copied reports.
The signed-in account is added automatically as Watch Commander. Its Callsign is prefilled below; leave it selected and choose a sector and unit to assign the Watch Commander normally, or replace it with another member who was already on duty. The selected sector and unit are added to coverage and Roll Call. Training members can be added without a unit. No 10-41 note is created.
First fill in the Watch Commander and watch time range above. Then enter a callsign, choose a sector and assignment, and sign in. Training sign-ins may be left without a unit. Members sharing a unit are grouped on one coverage line; specialised units may have an attached unit such as Engine-1. Sign-ins update coverage and Notes but do not change Roll Call; use Initial Roll Call for members already present when the watch began.
